I love the Pollo Loco here! So simple, but just so creamy and good with the queso and rice! Plus, the chicken is seasoned perfectly and is so flavorful. Service is ALWAYS great here, and they make you feel like family! I've been coming here for 30+ years. We love La Fiesta!!

While out Christmas shopping we were becoming hungry, we began searching for a Mexican restaurant in the Hoover area. Several places popped up and we considered them, but we were already headed one direction and didn't need to turn back. As God would have it, HE lead us to La Fiesta for supper that night of December 11, 2025. I was with my cousin, Lynn; we walked in and were welcomed by the sweetest people! We were seated and began to look at the menu and were surprised by the beautiful food photos and we began talking to our server. He was very helpful and kind. We both ordered the shredded beef quesadillas that came with pico de gallo and sour cream. Much to our delight the shredded beef was fantastic! It is absolutely the BEST shredded beef I'd ever had! One of the best Mexican dishes I've had the pleasure of having. I asked the owner how long they had been in this location, he responded 38 years! Their longevity is a true testament to the quality of not only their food but also to their hospitality! The restaurant is beautiful inside! So colorful and happy! It has a calming ambiance and welcoming atmosphere! We love it and will be taking the rest of our family there soon! This has been my family's go to Mexican joint for as many years as I have been alive. There is no other place like it. You can't go wrong with anything from their menu, and the staff is always so welcoming.
